Choose moments your guests can recognize
The print kit includes 24 bingo moments and 12 photo-quest ideas. Keep suitable examples or replace them with details that fit your gathering. Avoid an activity that only one guest could complete; mix easy moments with a few surprises.
Add real trivia answers before checkout
Use four to ten questions and enter the answer the host should accept for each. Read them aloud to check clarity. A personal question works best when the organizer knows the answer and guests have a fair chance of guessing it.
Print for the room you have
The A4 PDF contains 20 differently arranged bingo cards, 20 photo-quest cards, trivia and host materials. Print at actual size, cut the guest cards, and keep the answer key with the organizer. More than 20 guests means printing repeated card arrangements, not additional unique cards.
